This painting is a modern abstract version of the classic still life genre.  It depicts objects from everyday life like bowls and cups and tea pots.  In this still life I have added eggs and a birds nest which everyone delights in finding in bushes and trees in their yard.  These are the kinds of objects that evoke feeling of familiarity and appreciation for the joys of daily living.
